Our Story

Excellence isn't achieved overnight. It starts with a vision.

In 1999, Mr. Dhiresh Gosalia founded Jesons Industries Ltd. with a vision to create a reliable and innovative chemical industry ecosystem. We reach closer to that vision every day, having transformed from a modest Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) manufacturer to a market leader in the PSA Sector and a dominant player in the Specialty Coating Emulsions (SCE) market.

Under his visionary leadership, the growth trajectory over the last 25 years witnessed the establishment of 7 strategically located state-of-the-art Manufacturing Plants across India. Capabilities such as our Mundra Plant in APSEZ and in-house R&D Technology Centre empower us to provide innovative solutions for todays industry challenges.

Our growth

The story of Jesons Industries Ltd is led by innovation and focuses on growth. As an innovation-driven company, we have explored various chemicals and applications for acrylic and acrylic co-polymers, vinyl and vinyl acetate co-polymers, acrylates, styrenes, and specialty monomers.

Our journey started in the textile industry, and since then, we have been pushing the boundaries of innovation in architectural coatings, construction chemicals, industrial adhesives, and other specialty applications.

Today, we are well-positioned to deliver over 170 innovative products to the domestic and global marketplace. We export our solutions to over 60 countries in different geographies, contributing a lion’s share in the revenue.

Our values

We aim for global leadership in everything we touch and beyond. A 800+ Human Capital is the driving force behind achieving this goal. Driven by a commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability, we foster an entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging innovation in all pursuits.

Rooted in a customer-centric approach, we consistently exceed unique client needs to turn us. into a globally preferred, innovative solutions provider.

Our green focus

Who says a chemical company cannot be sustainable?

Since our inception, we have changed the perception of chemical industries from “part of the pollution” to “part of the solution.”

We are among the few companies in India to acquire the “Responsible Care Certification” from the Indian Chemical Council (ICC) for all our strategically located manufacturing sites, including two at Daman and one facility each at Roorkee, Gummidipoondi—Chennai Metropolitan Region, Mundra, and Vapi.

This is our way of taking responsibility for our operations, which consume water, fuel, and other vital resources. Our Zero Liquid Discharge Policy aims to recycle all water before it is discharged from production. Similarly, our plants are strategically located to reduce carbon footprint through just-in-time delivery.

Innovation is central to our ethos. We are changing the product mix to replace petrochemical products with bio-based ones in our existing basket. Working on partially replacing chemical products with organic ones in our existing basket, we have already set the pace for our way ahead in the green future.

Our way ahead

Our experts at Jesons Industries Ltd. work tirelessly every day to provide green and innovative products that touch lives globally. We are accelerating full-steam toward customer satisfaction. That’s why we are developing more robust product portfolios, greener chemistry, tighter supply chains, state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, and closer customer relations.

How do we do this?

At the core of our commitment to a sustainable future lies a comprehensive strategy that integrates Responsible Operations, Safety, and Strong Ethics.

We are proud to be part of the change in mitigating our environmental impact through our commitment to sustainability. Our dedication to the safety and development of our employees makes a secure and fulfilling work place. Our commitment to upholding the highest corporate governance and business ethics standards ensures our operations remain transparent and trustworthy.

By reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, and using water resources thoughtfully, we create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
